新年のご挨拶 ～技術を、事業の力へ～
謹んで新年のご挨拶を申し上げます。
旧年中は多くのご縁とご支援を賜り、誠にありがとうございました。
中谷技術士事務所は本年も、「技術を、事業の力へ。」を合言葉に、現場で機能する実装型の技術支援を一層強化してまいります。
本年の第一の方針は、食用油脂の生産技術支援の強化です。品質・コスト・安定供給という従来課題に加え、脱炭素の潮流は油脂産業の前提そのものを変えつつあります。食用油脂の知見を核に、バイオ燃料分野を含む広範囲な油脂生産技術へ支援領域を拡張し、原料評価からプロセス設計、品質設計、改善まで、現場と経営をつなぐ技術伴走を進めます。
第二に、食品安全にかかわる開発・生産技術分野の支援強化です。食品安全は「守り」ではなく、顧客信頼とブランドを築く「攻め」の基盤です。規格への適合に留まらず、工程設計・検証・記録の精度を高め、現場で回る仕組みに落とし込むことで、事故を未然に防ぎ、強い生産体制づくりを後押しします。
第三に、知財・特許情報の実務支援を、事業優位性へ直結させる取り組みをさらに強めます。IPランドスケープをはじめ、知財を「出願」だけで終わらせず、事業・研究開発・提携戦略の意思決定に活かすことが重要です。市場・技術・競合情報を整理し、勝ち筋を可視化し、投資判断と行動に落ちる形でご提供します。知財と事業、開発が同じ方向を向く体制づくりを、実務の現場から支援いたします。
第四に、技術者教育支援の推進です。技術は人に宿り、組織の力は“再現性”で決まります。現場で培われた暗黙知を、標準化・教材化し、若手〜中堅が「理解して終わり」ではなく「できる」状態へ到達する設計を行います。技術研修、社内勉強会、OJT設計の見直しなど、実務に直結する教育支援を強化します。
第五に、技術者倫理教育の拡充です。いま、技術者倫理は“あれば良い研修”ではなく、事業継続の必須要件になりつつあります。品質不正、データ改ざん、研究不正、ハラスメント、情報漏えい等は、ひとたび発生すれば、損失はコストに留まらず、取引停止・採用難・ブランド毀損へと連鎖します。さらに、サプライチェーン全体でコンプライアンスや人権配慮が問われる時代、倫理の弱さは取引要件そのものを満たせないリスクにも直結します。
だからこそ弊所は、「ルールの暗記」ではなく、現場の迷い所で判断できる力を育てる倫理教育を提供します。ケーススタディを通じて、技術・品質・納期・コストの板挟みの中で、どのように意思決定し、どのように報告・相談・記録へ落とすかまで、実務として身につく研修設計を行います。
そして第六に、弊所自身の姿勢として、健康とコンプライアンス経営の一層の推進を掲げます。信頼される技術支援は、継続できる体制と倫理観の上に成り立ちます。心身のコンディションを整え、誠実で透明性の高い業務運営を徹底し、長期的に価値を提供できる専門家であり続けます。

At Nakatani Professional Engineer Office, we enter this year with a renewed commitment to our guiding belief: “Turning technology into business strength.” We will further enhance our hands-on, implementation-focused support—support that works not only on paper, but in real operations.
First, we will strengthen our technical support for edible oil and fat production, expanding our scope to a wider range of oil-related fields, including biofuels. Beyond the traditional challenges of quality, cost, and stable supply, decarbonization is reshaping the fundamentals of the oils and fats industry. Building on our core expertise, we will support clients from feedstock evaluation to process design, quality design, and continuous improvement—bridging the gap between on-site reality and management decision-making.
Second, we will reinforce our support in food safety-related development and production technologies. Food safety is not merely “defense”; it is a strategic foundation that strengthens customer trust and brand value. We will go beyond simple compliance with standards and help refine the accuracy of process design, validation, and records—embedding systems that truly function on the shop floor to prevent incidents and build resilient production capabilities.
Third, we will further enhance our capabilities in intellectual property and patent information, including IP landscaping, to directly strengthen business competitiveness. IP should not end at “filing.” It must inform key decisions in business, R&D, and partnership strategy. We will organize market, technology, and competitor information to visualize strategic options, clarify winning pathways, and translate insights into actionable investment and execution. We will support organizations in aligning IP, business, and development toward a shared direction.
Fourth, we will promote engineering education and capability development. Technology resides in people, and organizational strength depends on reproducibility. We will help convert tacit knowledge into standards and training materials, designing learning that enables engineers—from early-career to mid-level—to move beyond “understanding” to “being able to do.” This includes technical training, internal study programs, and OJT redesign focused on practical outcomes.
Fifth, we will expand our efforts in engineering ethics education. Today, ethics training is no longer “nice to have”—it is increasingly essential for business continuity. Misconduct such as quality fraud, data falsification, research integrity violations, harassment, and information leaks can trigger not only financial loss but also suspension of business relationships, reputational damage, and long-term hiring difficulties. Moreover, as compliance and human-rights expectations tighten across supply chains, ethical weaknesses can become a risk to meeting fundamental transaction requirements.
For this reason, we provide ethics education that goes beyond “memorizing rules.” Through case-based learning, we cultivate the ability to make sound decisions in real dilemmas—where technology, quality, delivery deadlines, and cost pressures collide—and to translate those decisions into proper reporting, consultation, and documentation in daily work.
Sixth, we will further promote health and compliance management within our own office. Trusted technical support must be sustained by a stable operational foundation and strong professional integrity. We will maintain a healthy working environment, uphold transparent and ethical business practices, and remain a reliable partner who consistently delivers long-term value.
Technical issues become costs when left unattended—but become competitiveness when addressed with the right actions.
